How do I book my flights?

• A round-trip flight is provided by Central Atlantic Toyota. See the booking link here to book your flights. 
• We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM into CLT on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. You may depart at your leisure on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

What if I am driving?

If you plan to forgo flying and would like to drive to Charlottle instead, please arrive no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10^th.

Valet parking will be paid for by Central Atlantic Toyota, however mileage and gas are not reimbursable.

What should I pack?

Comfortable, everyday attire is perfect for all planned event functions. Jeans, polos, T-shirts, and comfortable walking shoes are all appropriate. Dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket to stay comfortable throughout the day is recommended.

Will transportation be provided to/from the airport?

Yes, transportation to and from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) will be provided. When you arrive at the airport, please look for a greeter in baggage claim holding a sign with the Toyota logo, and they will transfer you to SpringHill Suites Charlotte City Center.

Will I have Internet access?

If you need to stay connected during your stay, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Are there any requirements to race at Victory Lane Karting?

You must wear closed-toe/closed-heel shoes to race. (No crocs, flip-flops, sandals, high heels, etc.) and present a valid ID.

What is the typical weather?
